Corporate Psychopath One in ten Australian Managers are Corporate Psychopaths; deceitful, cold hearted manipulators bent on obtaining power for its own sake. Devoid of empathy they are reckless and leave a trail of corporate destruction, wrecked careers and a legacy of fear. Corporate Mobbing Corporate Mobbing is a term for systemic harassment or psychological terror in the workplace. One person is "ganged up" on and stigmatized by peers and/or superiors for reasons that are not genuinely or justifiably known or understood to most of those involved in carrying out the mobbing, and for that matter the victim themselves. The "ganging up" is done by co-workers, subordinates or superiors to force someone out of the workplace through rumour, innuendo, intimidation, discrediting, isolation and particularly humiliation. |
